US Admission Consulting
From your first conversation about college to your final application, we work with you at every step.
Seven pillars, one goal
Strong grades open the door, but they no longer set a student apart. Top US universities read the whole applicant: what they built, where they served, what they researched, and how they tell their story. These are the seven pillars we develop with every student, each one is curated and connected to the same goal.
Grades matter but course choice, rigor, and trajectory matter just as much. We design the academic record top universities are actually reading.
Academics carry nearly 40% of the weight, but a high GPA in an easy subject mix reads weaker than a lower one in the hardest track available.
We plan subject selection, AP and IB rigor, and academic pacing years in advance, aligned to the intended major. Small things get fixed early, so nothing needs rescuing in Grade 12.

NameAditi
We map the hardest track a student can realistically excel in, aligned to their intended major.
Performance is shaped year by year, so nothing is left to fix in the final months.
Every academic choice points toward one clear direction, giving the transcript a story.
Regular check-ins catch the small slips early, before they ever reach the application.

Service that reflects genuine values, sustained over years not hours collected for a form. The kind of impact universities can actually see and verify.
Nearly every applicant volunteers, but few can show sustained commitment or real impact. Admissions officers say it plainly: depth matters more than numbers.
We turn good intentions into service that actually lasts and actually counts.
A cause that genuinely connects to who the student is, not one picked to look good.
We help students found their own initiative rather than add their name to an existing one.
The work is set up to last years, with real responsibility, not a one-off drive.
Our students have launched digital literacy and mental health initiatives that reached real communities.

Internships, shadowing, and mentorships that place students inside their intended field – long before university does.
A student who says they want to study finance and one who has spent a summer inside a bank read very differently to an admissions committee. Most students have no idea how to find that experience.
We help students get real exposure in their intended field, then turn it into something that strengthens the application.
School-related experiences, part-time work, family responsibilities, summer activities, community experiences, and more all count as activities, and are all things we want to hear about. And, it’s worth saying: we don’t value one kind of activity more than others!

We guide students toward internships and mentorships that genuinely match their direction.
We coach students on how to approach organisations and apply with confidence.
The experience is shaped to give real clarity about the field and credible substance for essays.

One original initiative that is unmistakably the student’s own – built, not joined.
Once grades are screened, extracurriculars become the deciding factor, and the strongest applications almost always contain something the student built themselves. Most students either never start, or start something generic that stalls within months.
We help students build one original project that is unmistakably theirs, and see it through.
Brown University, required supplemental essay prompt for first-year applicants
Usually where the student’s intended major meets something they genuinely care about.
We guide the idea from a concept into a product, a venture, a body of work, or an organisation.
Ambition sustained over years, not a project thrown together in the final summer.
A project distinctive enough to set the student apart and anchor their story.

NameRuchika
Driven by a desire to create meaningful opportunities for students in her hometown, Ruchika founded Project URAN, a social initiative focused on bridging the digital access gap. Serious academic work beyond the classroom – from a research question to published or presentable output.
Intellectual curiosity is the first thing selective universities look for, and independent research is the clearest proof of it. Unguided attempts often end with nothing to show.
We guide students into serious research and toward output credible enough to anchor an application.
Only a student who has really done research can answer that without bluffing.
We help students target the summer programmes and mentors genuinely worth their time.
We shape a research question worth investigating, not a vague topic that leads nowhere.
A published paper, presented findings, or a contribution credible enough to stand on.
Our students have researched at hospital labs and published in their field before campus.

NameJay

Competitions and awards chosen strategically where a student’s strengths meet a real chance of recognition.
Olympiads and global competitions are among the few credentials a university can verify instantly. Yet students scatter entries across unrelated contests and end up with a list that shows effort rather than distinction.
We pick a few competitions that fit the student’s direction and prepare them seriously for those.
A small number of competitions aligned to the student’s academic direction, not a scattered list.
Real preparation for each one, so entries have a genuine chance of recognition.
The goal is achievement that stands out, not participation that fills space.
Fewer entries, better chosen, that turn an activities list into proof of excellence.

NameAkshat
Akshat distinguished himself through a strong record of achievement across mathematics, computer science, and science, including a national hackathon runner-up finish and prizes at national-level mathematics and science competitions. He also earned an international rank in the English Olympiad and multiple distinctions at Model United Nations conferences, reflecting both academic breadth and competitive excellence.
UIUC, Computer Science
Every essay, from the personal statement to the last supplemental essay, written and rewritten until it sounds like nobody else could have written it.
Essays and recommendations carry roughly 30% of the decision, and they are where most strong applicants lose ground. Most students write what they think admissions officers want to hear, and it reads exactly that way.
We shape every essay until it is honest, specific, and unmistakably the student’s own.
We work through drafts until the personal statement sounds like the student and no one else.
Each one researched and written for the specific university it is meant for, never recycled.
So letters arrive with real examples of character and impact, not generalities.
The authentic voice that separates two applicants with identical grades.
The lessons we take from obstacles we encounter can be fundamental to later success. Recount a time when you faced a challenge, setback, or failure. How did it affect you, and what did you learn from the experience?
The highlighted lines are the moves that make this essay work. Our notes beside them explain why.
In a picturesque town in India, marked by winding lanes alive with the captivating scent of street food and the harmonious calls of market sellers, I confronted a deeply personal dilemma. Every dawn, my mirror showcased an atypical image: a visage, arms, and legs covered with thick hair, a stark contrast to the prevailing norms of smooth, hairless beauty.
The reader sees the arms and the legs before they are told how to feel about them. And "every dawn" quietly does the heavy lifting: this is not one bad day, it is every single morning of her life.
This distinct feature wasn’t a mere quirk of heredity; it was hirsutism, a condition causing excessive hair growth in women. My school days became a blend of whispers, veiled glances, and the sporadic laughter of classmates. Yet, in this emotional storm, a pivotal evening emerged. As I perused old family photos, I realized the depth of sacrifices my parents had made. This understanding ignited a fire within me. Embracing spirituality, I meditated on values like patience, gratitude, and empathy. Beauty, to me, became less about societal standards and more about personal growth and acceptance. During this transformative phase, I began tutoring younger students. One day, Rhea, a bright-eyed girl, shared her struggles with self-worth. This moment underscored the power of shared vulnerabilities as tools for empowerment.
Up to here she is the one being looked at. Rhea is the moment she becomes the one doing the looking after. Most challenge essays never leave the writer’s own head, and that is the difference an admissions reader is scanning for.
Now, as I journey through life’s diverse paths, my tapestry of experiences, interlaced with challenges and growth, guides me. Poised on the brink of new horizons, my past is not a weight but a guiding light. My experience with hirsutism has taught me more than just personal resilience; it has shown me the transformative power of shared vulnerabilities. With this understanding, I aim to inspire and empower others with my story, hoping they too find strength in the face of their challenges. After all, it’s our responses to these challenges, not the challenges themselves, that truly shape our essence.
"More than just personal resilience" is the smartest move in the essay. Resilience is where ninety percent of these essays stop. She says the word, sets it aside, and claims a lesson that only her story could produce.
Our experience with Masterclass Space went well beyond test preparation. The team provided thoughtful, structured and personalised guidance throughout my son’s college admission process. Their attention to detail and practical advice at every stage were particularly valuable. We are grateful to the team for their role in his successful admission to Cornell University.

Academic Strategy, Community Impact, Professional Exposure, Signature Projects, Research & Publications, Honors & Distinctions, and Narrative & Essays – the seven areas top US universities read when they assess the whole applicant. We develop each one with every student, connected to the same goal.
Strong profiles are built, not assembled at the deadline. Starting early leaves time to plan course rigor, build a signature project and pursue research – so small things get fixed early and nothing needs rescuing in Grade 12.
