The rules that apply when you use the Masterclass Space website.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These Terms set out the rules for using the Masterclass Space website. Please read them before you send us an enquiry, book a consultation or download anything from this site. Our Privacy Policy explains separately what we do with the information you give us.
Masterclass Space is an admissions consulting and test preparation practice. We operate as Masterclass Space LLP, registered in India in April 2019, and Masterclass Space Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore in October 2022. In these Terms, “Masterclass Space”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean those two companies together.
Registered offices: [TO BE CONFIRMED: registered address and registration number of Masterclass Space LLP, India, and of Masterclass Space Pte. Ltd., Singapore].
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to this website and to everything we make available through it – every page, enquiry form, downloadable guide, popup, embedded tool and linked application (the “Website”).
By browsing the Website, sending us an enquiry or downloading anything from it, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
We may revise these Terms as our services, the Website or the law change. The revised version takes effect when we publish it here, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed. Using the Website after that date means you accept the current version, so it is worth looking over this page from time to time.
Most of the people we work with are school and university-age students, and their parents. If you are under 18, please use the Website and contact us with the knowledge and agreement of a parent or legal guardian.
Where a parent, guardian, school counsellor or other adult contacts us about a student, we assume they are entitled to do so and to share that student’s details with us.
The articles, exam guides, admission timelines, score benchmarks, university lists and sample plans on this Website are published for general information. They are not personal advice about your application, your child’s application or your circumstances.
Admission requirements, deadlines, test formats, fees and scholarship rules change, and each institution sets its own. Always confirm the current position with the university, college or examination board itself before acting on anything you read here.
We do not guarantee any outcome. Nothing on this Website is a promise of admission, of a scholarship, of a visa or of a particular test score. Where we show results, offers or testimonials, those are outcomes achieved by individual students in their own circumstances; they are not a prediction of yours.
Our consulting and test preparation work is provided under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, the schedule, the fees and the terms on which either side may stop. That agreement, not these Terms, governs the service itself.
Fees, cancellation and refunds: [TO BE CONFIRMED: the refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and whether a single enrolment agreement covers both the Indian and the Singapore entity]. Until that is settled, please take any figure or timeline on this Website as indicative and ask us to confirm it in writing before you commit.
Masterclass Space is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or associated with any university, college, or education(al) institution mentioned on this website.
University, college, examination and test names, logos and trade marks shown on this Website belong to their owners. We use them only to describe where our students applied, where they were admitted, or which examination we prepare students for. We are not an agent, representative or recruitment partner of any institution, and we are not an examination board. Admission decisions are made by institutions alone.
The Website carries enquiry and contact forms, a free-consultation booking form, a guide download, a newsletter sign-up and a careers application form that accepts a CV. When you use any of them:
By sending an enquiry you agree that we may reply to you by email, telephone, WhatsApp or SMS about that enquiry. What we then do with your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send passports, identity documents, bank or financial statements or medical records through a website form unless we have specifically asked you to.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this Website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It forms part of these Terms.
Everything published on the Website – text, images, photographs, video, graphics, page design, our name and logo, course outlines, study plans, practice questions, mock tests, score reports and downloadable guides – belongs to Masterclass Space or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use the Website for your own non-commercial purposes. Beyond that, and except where the law allows it without permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, licence, adapt, translate, publicly display or redistribute any part of it, and you may not use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model, without our written permission.
“Masterclass Space”, “CharvIQ” and our logos are our trade marks and may not be used without our written permission.
Where we mark something as downloadable – a free guide, a checklist, a sample plan – you may download and keep it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not edit it, resell it, strip our name from it, upload it elsewhere or present it as your own work or in a misleading context.
If we give you access to lesson recordings, question banks, mock tests or live online classes, that access is personal to the student enrolled and is for their own study. It may not be shared, resold or transferred, and sessions and material may not be recorded, screen-captured, re-uploaded or distributed without our written permission.
Whether we record sessions ourselves, and what we do with those recordings, is covered in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Website for anything unlawful or abusive. In particular, you must not:
If we give you a login – to a course portal, a test platform or a tool we run – then one account is for one person. Keep your password confidential, do not share your credentials, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
You remain responsible for anything you post or send to us – a review, a comment, a photograph, a testimonial, an essay draft – and you must have the right to share it.
If you give us a review or testimonial, you agree that we may publish it on this Website, in our material and on our social channels, together with the first name, examination or university you gave us, unless you tell us otherwise. Tell us at any time and we will take it down.
Ideas, suggestions and feedback you send us are not confidential, and we may act on them without owing you anything in return.
We may remove anything that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or off-topic.
The Website links to, and in places embeds, material run by other people – maps, video players, scheduling and form tools, social media, and the websites of universities and examination boards. We include them for convenience.
We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We are not liable to you if the Website is unavailable for any period.
To the extent the law allows, the Website and its content are provided as they are, without any warranty – express or implied – as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or freedom from viruses or other harmful code. Keeping your own device and data protected is your responsibility.
Nothing here excludes or limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, data, goodwill or an expected admission, scholarship or test result, arising out of your use of, or reliance on, the Website.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Cap on liability: [TO BE CONFIRMED: whether a monetary cap applies, and at what level – for the Website and for paid services].
You agree to cover Masterclass Space, its partners, directors, employees, consultants and contractors against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
We teach and advise students in more than 25 countries, but we make no claim that this Website or our services are appropriate or available everywhere. If you use the Website from a country where its content is restricted, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with your local law.
We may restrict, suspend or withdraw your access to the Website at any time where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the law. We may investigate a suspected breach and disclose what we must to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect our rights, our students or the public.
Governing law: [TO BE CONFIRMED: the law that governs these Terms – India, Singapore, or one for each entity].
Jurisdiction: [TO BE CONFIRMED: the courts that have jurisdiction over a dispute, and whether arbitration applies].
We have deliberately left this blank rather than guess. Masterclass Space operates through an Indian LLP and a Singapore company and serves students in more than 25 countries, so the right answer depends on how the client’s adviser wants the two entities to contract.
The quickest way to reach us is the enquiry form on our contact section.
Legal notices, including notices about intellectual property: [TO BE CONFIRMED: email address and postal address for legal notices].
Questions about these Terms: [TO BE CONFIRMED: general legal / compliance contact email].
Masterclass Space is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or associated with any university, college, or education(al) institution mentioned on this website. See also our Privacy Policy.
