REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE TEACHING COURSES:
Masterclass Space operates various courses which involve live interaction of students and faculty. The fee paid towards such courses is NOT refundable except for the inability to attend the course due to a serious health issue. 50% fee will be refunded if informed within 14 days from the date of enrolment. A medical certificate with reports and a doctor’s prescription is a must to get a refund.
REFUND POLICY FOR MOBILE APP-BASED COURSES:
The fee paid towards mobile app-based courses is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ONLINE COURSES:
If Masterclass Space cancels the course due to whatever reason, the fee will be refunded as per pro-rata basis based on course duration and days attended.
MODE OF REFUND:
The refunds will be issued via a suitable online medium. For clients from India NEFT will be the preferred way. For foreign clients, Paypal will be the preferred way.
