BITSAT 2026 Session 1 has 130 mandatory questions, with an optional set of 12 bonus questions that candidates can attempt if they finish early. The bonus questions can only be attempted after completing all 130 questions, and once you move to the bonus section, you cannot return to revise your earlier answers.
Each correct answer earns +3 marks. Each incorrect answer results in a -1 deduction. Unattempted questions carry 0 marks. The total marks for mandatory questions stand at 390, and the bonus round can add a maximum of 36 marks, taking the overall maximum to 426.
