The BITSAT 2026 marking scheme awards +3 marks for each correct answer and deducts -1 mark for every incorrect answer, making accuracy extremely important. The examination has 130 questions based on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English and Logical Reasoning, and a total score of 390 marks (not including bonus questions). Students who answer all questions are allowed to take 12 bonus questions, which gives them a maximum score of 426 marks.
