Updates on Dates and Registration for BITSAT 2024
It is anticipated that registration for BITSAT 2024 will open in the final week of January 2024. The BITS Pilani-conducted BITSAT test is scheduled for May 2024 and is administered online. The notification and exam-related information will be made available on bitsatadmission.com, the official website of the conducting authorities.
To be eligible for BITSAT registration, students must receive at least a 75% in PCM or PCB on the class 12 board test. The exam will consist of 390 marks, and pupils have 180 minutes to finish 130 questions.
The previous year's syllabus is anticipated to remain unchanged. The five areas of the BITSAT syllabus are Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency, and Logical Reasoning. Most notably, students must thoroughly study all of the required topics to score more than 320 on the BITSAT exam in 2024. The syllabus is based on the NCERT textbooks for classes 11 and 12. The BITSAT 2024 Off Marks for every subject will be made public by BITS Pilani. To be eligible for admission to the B.E./B. At BITS Pilani, the anticipated cutoff for BITSAT 2024 is 270+ for B.E. courses and 200–220 for B.Pharm.

BITSAT Exam: What is it?
To select applicants for admission to its integrated first-degree programs in science, engineering, and pharmacy, the Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani administers the BITSAT exam. You must register as a new candidate and provide basic registration information, such as name, gender, nationality, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a password consisting of eight alphanumeric characters, to generate BITSAT login credentials. Is JEE harder than BITSAT?
The physics, chemistry, and mathematics curricula for BITSAT and JEE are comparable, with BITSAT having a few extra subjects. Regarding difficulty, BITSAT is comparable to JEE Main, necessitating a high degree of precision and speed. But JEE Advanced is supposed to be more difficult than BITSAT, requiring a more thorough comprehension of the material.
Because BITSAT requires more questions to be answered in the allotted time, it can be considered a more competitive exam than JEE Main. While JEE Main includes 75 questions in three hours, BITSAT has 130 questions.
Given the degree of competition and the restricted number of seats available at the elite IITs, entrance to BITS is typically easier than that of IITs.
Similar physics, chemistry, and maths studies are required for both tests. Nevertheless, candidates for the BITSAT should focus more on the English and Logical Reasoning parts.
In conclusion, even though the syllabuses of the two tests are comparable, BITSAT is frequently seen as being harder than JEE Main but easier than JEE Advanced. There may be differences in the level of competition and difficulty of admission; for example, BITSAT is more competitive than IITs, but it is also relatively simpler to gain admission.
BITSAT 2024 Qualification Standards

For every program—aside from B.Pharm—:
Applicants may apply if they have completed their class 12 or equivalent examinations from an accredited board, with mathematics, chemistry, and physics required. Candidates should speak and write English well.
The candidates must have received at least a 75% overall in the areas of chemistry, maths, and physics, as well as at least a 60% in each of these courses separately.
Candidates appearing in their 12th class may also apply.
About B.Pharm:
The candidates must be skilled in English and have passed their 12th grade or equivalent exam from an accredited biology, chemistry, and physics board.
Applicants may apply to pharmacy courses if they have PCM.
To pass, students must receive at least 75% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology, with 60% required in each of these disciplines.
Candidates in attendance may also apply for BITSAT 2024.

Process of Admission for BITSAT 2024
After passing the BITSAT in 2024, students must apply for admissions by submitting their 12th-grade transcripts along with their preferences for the various degree programs that BITS offers at its three campuses.

Last Date to Apply for BITSAT 2024
The deadline for BITSAT 2024 application forms will be published in an official notice by BITS Pilani. Applicants will not be able to register for session 2 if they do not apply for session 1. During BITSAT session 1 registration, candidates can also register for both sessions.
